Campaign Log

As the crew get closer to the last known sighting of warp activity, they come across "the Archive" - a strangely eroded town run by Tinks.
The town reminds Ellie of Hogue University in LN Spur... if it had been partially melted away by plasma storms.

The Tinks bar entry into the town until the crew offer them all their collected Data. 
Even then, they insist the robots must wait outside, so DW, Sir Gilliam, and Talos go around instead.

Suddenly from the northwest, several Can-Cans move in, hungry for data!


From the southeast, a pack of Cyclopians also approach!


And from the southwest,  Jaggers bear down on the town!


Talos and DW-40 engage the Can-Cans, hacking and tackling to stop their advance.


Chet coordinates the Tinks in town as they lift one of their tanks to get a shot on a deadly Can-Can!


Sir Gilliam drops Crowbar off at a nearby crane, preparing for the Cyclops onslaught.


As the Cyclopians charge in, Crow smashes the crane wrecking ball into one, knocking it into another!   He follows up with an EMP grenade...


Sir Gilliam takes out the remaining Cyclopeans in short order.


Having made it through town despite Dr. Floyd's protests, Ellie unleashes an EMP attack of her own on the Jaggers, crippling them.


But then, from under the roadbed, a horrifyingly familiar shape emerges... the Drakken!


Talos leaps into action, landing a blow on the deadly, warp-tainted machine beast.


Sir Gilliam is quick to charge his nemesis, lance exploding into the creature.


But the Drakken has tricks of its own, warp tendrils reanimating the downed bot attackers!  Only by ejecting his outer shell does DW-40 avoid also being possessed.


Suddenly the building Chet is on begins to rumble as the Tinks inside activate their secret weapon!  The building crumbles as a huge mech rises from the rubble.


Coordinating their aim, Chet and the Tinks land a shot on the Drakken, finishing it off.


The beast explodes in a cloud of baleful warp energy!  As the team feel the familiar tingle of warp travel dance over them, they each think of the place they'd most like to be.


Dusk, LN Spur, the Hogue University courtyard.  A lone student and a night instructor witness the sudden appearance of a strange car, and stranger people with it!
At last, Dr. Floyd, Talos, Ellie, and Chet are home.  Crowbar also appears, thinking LN Spur and its people sounded nice.


But DW-40 had pictured that nice riverside town of Elvenspring... He finds himself once again plummeting out of thin air, and into its cool waters!
